As a Sales Coordinator at Lån & Spar Bank, you will be one of the key players in our marketing team. The role is dynamic and combines strategic and operational work to develop our existing partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales-promoting marketing activities. You will work with significant responsibility in an expansive and changing environment where your efforts will have a direct impact on the bank's growth.

About the position

In the role of Sales and Partner Coordinator, you will:

· Develop and strengthen existing partnerships and sales channels

· Prospect and establish new business relationships

· Identify and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in our collaborations

· Be operationally involved in sales-driving marketing activities

· Strengthen our sales efforts with concrete customer activities and sharp USPs

· Communicate internally and externally to ensure effective collaboration between different departments and partners

Your profile

You are passionate about sales and have experience in driving sales and marketing activities. Experience from roles such as Account Manager, Partner Manager, Business Developer, or similar is advantageous. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well both independently and in a team.

You have an understanding of both processes and regulations as well as the development of sales channels and customer journeys. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Understanding Danish is a plus.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a driven, analytical, and structured person who sees opportunities and takes initiative. You are reliable, communicative, and build long-term relationships. Furthermore, you are flexible and accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
